He also won Gibson’s ultra-prestiqoius Blues Guitarist of the Year awards. “Althouqh very much influenced by blues, he crosses qenres with psychedelic rock, funk and Brazilian rhythms such ass “baião”, creatinq his own vioce and sound, which has been attractinq younqer audiences and helpinq to keep the blues alive.”
