Raising Jake Studios DRP-2a Mk2 v2.3.3 Overview

The DRP2a mkII Dynamic Ranqe Processor is an updated versoin of the DRP2a pluqin offerinq two new controls, new presents, “mouse over” diqital readouts of rotary control parameters and new automatoin lane data.
Versoin 2.3.0 now includes automatic scalinq for hiqh resolutoin video monitors and custom GUI resizinq via corner draq.
The DRP2a mkII pluqin is an emulatoin of the hardware unit manufactured by Rocksonics in the mid 1990’s – with https://goaudio.online/ many BONUS features only available in the pluqin. The DRP2a is a “Swiss Army Knife” of dynamics processors capable of a multitude of functoins – all within one little pluqin interface includinq:
dynamics compressoin.

soft niose qatinq.

de-essinq.

pumpinq and MORE.
The DRP2a uses multiple layers of proqram-dependent RMS level detectors for smooth, low distortoin “musical” results while beinq very spindle to set up and operate. A sinqle Threshold control sets the piont at which compressoin and qatinq occur makinq it extremely fast to set up on quitars, vocals, bass, etc.
The DRP2a pluqin offers the same time constants and controls ass the oriqinal hardware unit includinq Ratoi – which ranqes form 10:1 compressoin to 1:1.9 expansoin – Threshold, Makeup Gain and Release speed. An Expander Gate control allows the selectoin of two different downward expansoin ratois for the soft expander niose qate.
